WBEM intrinsic operations support now available (aka poor mans WS-Catalog)

Hi,

svn rev 3203 now has support for intrinsic operations, namely
'EnumerateClassNames' and 'GetClass', to query the CIMOM about
available classes.

This is done in anticipation of the WS-Catalog specification, which
might or might not be finalized in this century...

The intrinsic operations are implemented using the 'invoke' endpoint
with an openwsman-specific namespace of XML_NS_CIM_INTRINSIC

See bindings/ruby/test/enumerate_class_names.rb and
bindings/ruby/test/get_class.rb for example code.

The XML schema for the result is _not_ finalized yet and I'm looking
for feedback on this.

Enjoy !

Klaus
