WICH STARTER DECK IS BETTER OVERWORLD OR UNDERWORLD ?

hi im new hear and this is my first topic, and i want buy a starter deck to start to play chaotic but in my country only exist 2 starter deck the overworld starter deck and underworld starter deck ( i live in colombia, this explain this horrible english ) so please help me to pick one of them. only one thing : please explain me why i will should buy the deck that you recomend me
