Is your team builder randomly failing?

To speed propagation of the workaround up I have created a bundle and provided
instructions in http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=174713

Whoever feels blocked by the intermittent CV failure, feel free to apply it.
Thanks for your help and sorry for the problems, the failure is random and
hard to reproduce locally.

PS: bundle.hg is the fastest way to propagate the fix to all repositories.
