Want to buy computer, cell phone, mps for self

I am in S.Korea and going to china on way home. I must get a personal computer (or laptop), cell phone and MP3 player at best possible price to pay for the trip. Can anyone tell me where is the best place to stop ie. Hong Kong, shanghai, Guangzuho, Xiam,Beijing etc.??
