Wanted: Garfield Electronics Doctor Click Docs

This comes up every so often, can't find anything in the archives or online.

Anybody have a Doctor Click Manual and/or Service Manual or any other
information?

It doesn't appear to be quite as simple as the Minidoc and other Garfield
units of the "we printed the manual right on the top, dummy" variety.

Photocopies fine, I'll pay, or I'll even copy it for you and return the
original if you trust me (you can!)
