Web Server--running from client--cache not working

v11 r4 all-Mac OS

In the web server prefs, I've checked the "Use the 4D web cache"
option, but I'm seeing no evidence that caching is taking place.

I've tried using the 4D command WEB CACHE STATISTICS  and I've tried
the 4DSTATS url. Neither shows any cache info--cache use %: 0 and
cached pages: 0. There are static pages--and plenty of images--on the
site. HOWEVER, is it possible that caching doesn't work if all of the
urls prompt OWC to run?

FWIW, the 4DSTATS url does return a number for accumulated HTTP hits,
but "0" for everything else except Password errors, which is
incremented each time I try the URL. I've tried entering 4D user/
passwords in every url format I can think of.

So, is anyone successfully using the web cache when serving from 4D
client/remote?

And, does anyone know the magic format for getting the 4DSTATS URL to
work?

Thanks,

Bill
