Web Service Errors

I'm getting a web service error of -9926 & -99335....  have you guys  
seen this?

It looks like:

-9935 The XML file is not valid or is not well-formed.
-9926 The referenced element is invalid.

The line of code that revealed the error was one of these--I think the  
first one:
        $resroot:=DOM Parse XML variable($Response_blb)
        $ressubelem:=DOM Find XML element($resroot;"/newRequestResponse/
newRequestResult/diffgr:diffgram/submissionResponse/")
       
This works with a small dataset but fails when more records are  
processed.
