WebViewer enabled context menus don't function from repository browser

Previously, I reported an issue with the webviewer context menus in the Log Viewer [1]. That issue was fixed in 1.6.5 and I have confirmed that the context menus still function correctly in 1.6.6. I mention that issue because the behavior I described in that issue is very similar to what I am reporting here.

The problem I am having now is with the webviewer context menus in the Repository Browser.  From the Repository Browser, selecting 'View revision in webviewer' or 'View revision for path in webviewer' (as shown in the attached screen capture) results in no action.  The default browser does not even open.

Since reporting that issue I have switched from using WebSVN to Trac. I still use relative URLs for the webviewer properties.
