What's The Best SATA DVD+-RW for working with EAC Question

What SATA Internal, or External DVD+-RW burner will work the best with EAC?
I have a Dell Inspiron 530.
LG, Sony, or Plextor/Lite On? Any stories, or comments would be appreciated.I see that LG has a disc so the the burner will be recognized. I saw also software from Microsoft with one,is this a good thing? Argh!

I've got SATA LG GH22LS30 and it's very good. Plextor is too expensive needlessly.
