What's earliest possible date on an FC 6 i386 CD image?

Sorry for the jaunt thru history but I'm trying to rebuild an old system
including the original OS... and noticed that FC 6 was publicly released on
10/24/06 but the ISO image I was given on a CD had a date of 10/15/06.  Is
that possible?

Yes, possible and even likely since the ISO files must be composed and
then distributed to many mirrors in advance of release day.
