What's to do with the submission of the User Group?

Hi,

how to proceed with the submission of the planned GNU User Group?

I think the policy for "GNU" in the name doesn't apply in this case, so
I would approve. Are there objections? Or should I redirect them to the
campaign section of FSF or www.gnu.org instead?

I think you should have them be accepted as GNU User group before
accepting it as a project.

They should get their user group listed on the page below. The e-mail
they should contact should be there, too.
