Jon,

Thanks for your information and the pointers to interesting sources here and earlier. Arisbe had information about Peirce's terminology which seems to exclude his use of the word 'structure' at least in his writings they listed.  This is interesting because of the pervasive relevance of 'structure' to mathematics, logic, language, science, etc., etc..  I'm trying to find time to write about structure in logic--on very simple level. Keep writing even when summer ends, Jon.

Thanks, David,

Just off-hand I'd guess that you'd more often find
Peirce using the word "form" instead of "structure"
for the aspect of things you're talking about here.
