What Is the Buzz For Chaotic In Your School?

Since I am no longer in school as well as part of the school-yard talk.  I just wanted to know if there is any buzz in your school about the game.  Are other kids playing it (online or off), or have they been at least talking about it?

If there is not buzz, what do you think 4Kids has to do to make the game more popular?

Also, have you been trying to talk-up the game? [I remember someone saying that they were going to do a demo for thier class, how did it go?]

I am going to suggest to 4Kids that they reads this thread, so let them know what is going on in the real world.

First of all, the show is great. Practically everyone I know, young or old, thinks it's great and actually enjoys watching it. Even when I bought a few packs from a hobby shop the owner of the shop actually said that the show is better then most animated shows and watches it whenever it's on when he's not working. Secondly, at the moment 4Kids hasn't yet released the version of the online game. When that time comes, they'll start airing their commercial, making action figures, selling cards to retail stores etc.

Hey, another thing that could get the game to become more popular could be to increase the number of cards in a pack. I know a few collectors who love to collect any card game, except for Yugioh because with only 9 cards a pack they complain that it's too hard to get the entire thing. Therefore the same thing goes with Chaotic. They could always boost it up by only a few cards, for example to 11 (like Pokemon) or even 15 (like Magic) but that may be a bit much. Another thing is that when I showed some of those guys the holos they really disliked them because they said that there was no effort put into it. They, as well as I, think that the holos should be more in the details of the cards and not just the entire thing. Details like claws, jewelry, elemental effects should be what's focused on and what's in holo, and not just the entire thing. One final thing would be the distribution of holo cards. Every card in the set should be able to be holo, even the commons. That was another thing that those collectors didn't like about Yugioh and what they don't like about Chaotic. Some people even like to collect entire sets of cards in holo which would be nice for 4kids since those people will keep buying packs until they get every last one. I guess they could buy singles but what would the fun in that.

all the people in my class (7th grade) think chaotic is lame and that i am nutsfor playing it.

I'm home schooled, so I don't go to school. I ask my friend If there was any buzz going on about Chaotic back In June, and he said he didn't here anything. Another friend of mine that lives on my culdasac thinks It sounds stupid. But I must say, the animated series Is well made. It's probally one of the only cartoons that's worth watching now of these days.

All but one of my friends are interested, but none of us can play until chaotic comes out in major retailers.
The only two real stores we have are Zellers and Wal-mart.

its prety good at myschool. mybest freind and his lil bruder have cards. for those of you that no one else is intrested in your school just bring them to school .the kids at my school dont like the show but the cards make them want them. i also sugest giving 1or 2 too off your freinds .itwill bost the populairity of the card and show with them.

Unfortunately, the 'buzz' in my community is very low. Whenever I go to a Hobby shop to buy a few packs, I notice that not many packs were sold besides the ones that I get. I think that what I said earlier would help out Chaotic quite a bit. Also, the price for a pack in Canada practically left me wounded, $5 a pack. That could be really reduced a bit, considering that Magic packs, which come with 6 more cards, is actually cheaper then Chaotic packs. Decks are also $15-16, which is also extremely steep, while Games like Magic have decks priced at $12. Price is a huge factor, especially now since the canadian currency is going crazy. I actually saw a family say that they wouldn't buy the packs because it was overpriced and that they don't want to travel all the way to the US just to buy some cards for their kids.

i dont know because know one in armstrong has them led i live in bc.and they dont sell chaotic cards anywhere nere armstrong
