What JDK is and where to find it

OK, I figured it out.

You might want to post this on the download
page, because few users will have any idea
that they need to do this.

JDK is Java Development System.
It's free on the Sun web site:

http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp

Even if people have the Java Runtime Environment
(JRE) installed, which is what most people have,
they are unlikely to have JDK on their machines,
so Caiss-Stat will not run.

I'm sorry for the delay in response.

I just check our installer on a Windows machine with JRE 6 (no JDK) and it runs with no problems.
Could you please tell my what platform do you use - Windows, Mac or Linux/Unix and what JRE you had before you installed JDK ?
