It's still in the sandbox. It's ready in terms of my use-case... I am just absolutely flat-out readying the site it was written for to go-live :) Hopefully in about the next two months I'll have time to package it sanely so it's easy to re-use. Technically anyone could install it right now, but they'd have to pull in the dependencies (eg, archetypes.schemaextender) themselves.
