Hey, I have upgraded 3 of my macs to Snow Leopard, but am keeping one intel machine as Leopard until all critical applications are supported by Snow Leopard. I was wondering, when will Snow Leopard be supported for Mono and MonoDevelop? I would really like to help out in porting the code, but I wouldn't know where to start. What say you? Anyone?

Mono is supported on snow leopard, we just dont have a 64-bit port completed yet as there is no compelling reason to do so in the immediate term.

I'm using the latest Mono 2.4.x release on Snow Leopard with no
problems. In fact, what broke for me was multi-threaded Python apps
whether I use Apple's shipping Python interpreter or the one from
MacPorts. Very disappointing.

But then it's one more reason to use Mono.  :-)

Under Mono, I have used simple threading (lock with a generic queue)
to parallelize a test suite on my quad core Intel i7 to achieve a nice
speedup with little effort.
