Where is AGG these days?

Where is the proper place to download AGG 2.4 these days?
I saw a bunch of messages about taking over the sourceforge site, and
then something about it not being the right site, and now I'm just
confused.  What's the current status?  Is vector-agg on sourceforge
still the proper place to download the latest 2.4-series AGG?
