Where is FHMQV defined at?

I downloaded the example from http://www.cryptopp.com/wiki/Fully_Hashed_Menezes-Qu-Vanstone
and the file includes a header file #include "cryptopp/fhmqv.h"    but
its not longer included in the crypto++ distribution. So, i am
wondering where the defintion for FHMQV  went to. It seems it is not
defined anywhere in the library. Was it removed?

I found the implementation in a .diff file that i initially dismissed,
but later I opened it and found the code.
