I have this small web page I got with the HAI code:

I'm not too sure where the proper place to put this is so that it shows up
in mh.
Also, should I check that somewhere under mh/web/ia5, or all of it in
code/examples?
For that matter, for the HAI web stuff, I actually need to check this in:

Should it just all go under web/ia5 or just as a dir under web, and people
are responsible for symlinking this into whatever iax they are using?
