Which .net runtimes are supported?

I could find the answer anywhere on the SF page, so

Which .net runtimes versions are supported.

My reason for asking is, that I have an old 1.1 project running with a poor PDF generator, and I would prefer to switch to iTextSharp, but I can't go higher than 1.1 :(
