That means if you recognise spam in our forums, it is your
responsibility too, to do something against it: simply click on the
message and then on the little stop sign in the line under the subject:
Rate this Message: 0***** (use ratings to moderate[?])

Btw. bad rating is also responsible that posts from these list troll
