Why Ingo doesn't auto filter my mail?

Hi all,

I have setup ingo and Horde preference system backend.
As subject, the rule only applies when I manually click the "apply filter" button.
How to configure Ingo to automacitally filter my incoming mail?
Does it need dovecot seive since I am using Dovecot IMAP.
