Why are many sun-5.8 tests for Boost.Graph marked as expected failures?

Many of these tests pass, and so I would like to remove them from the
expected failure list.  However, I cannot find where that is coming from.
The explicit-failures-markup.xml file does not list those compilers as
failing for Boost.Graph.  Is there another file that is also used?
