Wicket RAD 0.4 out + call for contributions & help (including ideas)

Also, for anyone hungering for contributing, here are a few concrete areas where I wouldn't mind getting some help:
- Update the wicket-contrib-tinymce module to use the latest version of TinyMCE (current version is incompatible with Safari on Mac)
- Help with "beautifying" the default CSS for the PropertyEditPanel and PropertyTable components - just make them prettier! (I'm no UI designer..)
- Code review and improvement suggestions of existing code
- Thoughts and contributions on how to make the components even more flexible in terms of "skinability" of look-and-feel with css.
