Wifi bugs

Hi!

There are 4 bugs in Wifi, that I have posted:
674: DcfManager instead of EIFS waits EIFS-SIFS after
failed transmission.
700: Slot is not corrected with aAirPropagationTime.
706: Starting backoff procedure at the beginning of the
simulation.
These bugs are relatively simple to fix with patches are
attached but have very significant impact on wireless
simulations.
All these bugs will change regression tests, so they
require special attention.

737: Backoff procedure is not started after ACK or CTS
timeout.
This bug seems one of the most difficult to me, because
serious changes in DcfManager are needed.

Could anyone please pay more attention to these bugs and
give any ideas (specially about bug 737) for solving them.

Also the question with merging 802.11s regressions is
still open.

Thanks for bringing these bugs to my attention. I have commented on
them.
