In my opinion the general concepts for animation etc
would be handy to have available for folks wanting to
do something like this in NB.  The SwingLabs Timing
Framework is something good to reference for general
animation questions:
https://timingframework.dev.java.net/

as it gives an API do do different things without
users having to do it all themselves.  Maybe someone
else has a simple example which can be made into a
tutorial for NB usage and kept in our Wiki?

Some parts of this message have been removed. Learn more about Nabble's security policy.
I added the FAQ to http://wiki.netbeans.org/wiki/view/CategoryNeedCleanup. This is a list of pages in the Netbeans wiki that need work. To add any FAQ or other page to this list, just edit the FAQ and add a line starting with CategoryNeedCleanup, and explain the issue. Please do that as needed, to improve the wiki content.
