I just realized sourceforge allows me to set up a wiki, so I went ahead and created one. I've moved the installation instructions there, since I think it makes sense to have them easily update-able by people trying to use them.
The wiki should be an ideal space for giving other kinds of instructions, either to developers or users.
Also, it might be a useful way to post design ideas for new features, etc.
