Windows version of libextractor .05.20b?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has compiled a binary of libextractor .05.20b for windows?  Thanks for the great work that's been done on this!

There is no point in doing a W32 binary for 0.5.20b -- the W32 binary doesn't
include the XPDF-based PDF extractor and so nothing changes for W32 between
20a and 20b.
