Hi, i can not confirm such a problem. I'm using nvidia 190.42 and current git
(wine-1.1.32-402-gde00535).

Did anyone tried to report it as possible driver bug at ATI/your driver vendor.
What about radeonhd? (sorry if bullshit, i never worked with ATI)

Focus management means at least one application running inside virtual desktop
can get focus and become active and foreground. No more no less. Test with
wine's own notepad and look at debug channels. Wine never gives focus to
notepad. It always stays with explorer.

And with resent take focus changes now explorer doesn't even want to take that
focus at all.

We need one bug per problem or it gets very confusing. I can't figure out
whether this bug is fixed or which problems remain.

Which applications have difficulties with focus? I cannot test whether they're
still there or work on fixing them if I don't know what they are.

Output of WINEDEBUG=relay wine D:Autorun, compressed with bzip2

(relay attachment is Wine 1.0.1 / Win98, bzip2 compressed; use bunzip2 to
re-inflate to ~70MB)

BTW, Have also tried with Debian repo's wine-unstable - 1.1.31-1 (amd64) - and
versions as Win98, W2K and XP, with the same result - err:msi:ITERATE_Actions
Execution halted, action L"CheckAdminPrivilegies" returned 1603

Done, but crashes anyway. But i noticed a difference. This time windows error
message pop ups and says "Can't load DLL". Maybe in Windows environment, when
one click Finish, game is run automatically and this for unknown reason (to me)
does not work under wine. New relevant console log attached.

Patch to allow "net start service" for services written in Delphi 6

Any service written in Delphi 6 (maybe in higher versions too) cannot be
started by "net start" command. Surprisingly it starts during wine boot (if set
to SERVICE_AUTO_START).

output from "net start":
The Test Delphi service service is starting.
Service request timeout

Test service is attached including source code. Install test service by
"TestService.exe /install" command. Remove test service from system by
"TestService.exe /uninstall" command.

I track down the problem to programs/services directory, where autostarted
services are started with service names in first service argument (services.c,
scmdatabase_autostart_services), but services started by StartService WinAPI
function (thereby "net start" command) without special arguments are started
without any argument. Services made by Delphi always assume service name in the
first argument.

Because Microsoft documentation allows no service arguments in StartService
function, but if there are arguments, first of them must be service name, I
suggest modification of StartService WinAPI emulation code in
programs/services/rpc.c as shown in attached patch.

Relay log

Wargames crashes after a few minutes of play. The same error occurs with the
demo version (which I've tracked down and uploaded for this report). To
reproduce, start the game, right-click the building and click the tank icon at
the bottom several times to buy 6 or 7 tanks. After a while a tip will appear
on the screen that says click to continue. Click the mouse and then wait for
more tanks to arrive, after 4 or 5 tanks have arrived the program will crash.

I've attached a truncated relay log (hopefully leaving the relevant part, the
original was 3 millions lines long!).

This issue seems to be fixed with current Wine 1.1.32. Encryption seems to work
without switching to Windows 2000.

On Wine, but not on Windows, the command
wine src/chrome/Debug/ipc_tests.exe --gtest_filter=IPCChannelTest.ChannelTest
fails about 5% of the time. (You may need to run it several hundred
times to see the first failures.)
Sadly, with +relay it never fails.
