Wishlist/call to action: youtube-perfect partial port to replace youtube-mode

The current youtube-mode is broken, this greasemonkey script is both currently working, and popular enough to likely remain working.

The mousey portions should be made into keyboard commands, and the settings to user-prefs. Some features can/should be lost.
It's all public domain code, so we can re-license it to make things simple/cohesive.
