Workflow system 6.2.0 release

Dear all,

I'm happy to announce the release of version 6.2.0 of
the UNICORE 6 workflow system, based on developments
in the Chemomentum project (http://www.chemomentum.org)

This release marks a major evolution in the workflow system,
since we re-implemented the core workflow engine, achieving
much better performance and maintainability while keeping
the external web services interfaces unchanged.
Since we got rid of the "Shark" engine used in 6.1.x, the
new workflow engine is much easier to setup and maintain.

Apart from these "non-functional" changes, there is a major new
workflow feature: a for-each loop that can loop over file sets
and variable values in a flexible way.

Installation: similar to the UNICORE 6 core server bundle, there is a
tar.gz and a jar file. For information on installation and how to
integrate with an existing UNICORE 6 installation, please refer to the
UNICORE Wiki at http://unicore.wiki.sourceforge.net/SetupWorkflowSystem
or to the docs/setup.txt file in the distribution.

Upgrading from 6.1.x: there is some manual work required to
upgrade. Notably, the "createdb.sh" script and
the configuration files related to the Shark engine are
obsolete, and there are new, vital configuration items.
Thus, it is simplest to install 6.2.0 from scratch.
Future versions will again have a simple upgrade path by
replacing jar files.
