The letter must be in the hands of the Bear Valley Water (this means sewer) District by the end of the hearing on September 14, 2009. Please do not procrastinate until then and mail it in today. I will gladly provide an explanation why and will give you a simple way to complete the letter if you reply to this post.

Date, Address of BVWD - 441 Creekside Drive, P.O.
