Writing some wrappers for generating VPN key/cert pairs

Hi.

I'm working a lot with VPN (IPsec in this case), and I need to generate
self-signed certs and keys to distribute for authentication.

I'm not an expert in keys and certs, so if someone could collaborate
with me that would be great.

I'd eventually like to get this made part of the util/ scripts in the
openssl distribution.

I have some initial scripts done, but had some questions about
Constraints and the proper values for CN's in mobile (Roadwarrior)
environments.
