Wrong number of JSD's shown during cube rollout

I'm using a build from 2 October, and I think it has started with this
build that the number of JSD's shown in the rollout progress dialog is
wrong.
It seems to be only wrong for cube rollouts: The number is way too high.

I attached a screenshot, I hope this works on this mailing list.

This is a somewhat undocumented change. The first is the jsd of he
double/no double, fairly undecided at this point. The second is the
jsd of the take/pass, needs no more trials, but keeps rolling out
until both double/no-double and take/pass are decided.
