Looking at the arm code, I noticed that we have the PMC stuff from
NetBSD, but we don't use it. NetBSD has XScale PMC support but we
haven't ported it yet.
In any case, I plan to port the NetBSD code to our hwpmc, so we can
remove NetBSD PMC defines.
