XviD-WPi - What to do?

Hi All,

I recently downloaded the above from a torrent.  I have no idea how to
play it or do anything else with it.  Ideally, I would like to burn it
to a CD or DVD.

Apologies for if this seems dumb but I've never done this before and
googling brings up nothing useful.
