YAPC::NA hackathon

On behalf of the bioperl core devs I want to thank the participants of  
the YAPC::NA 2009 BioPerl hackathon.  Robert Buels, Jay Hannah, and  
Bruno Vecchi managed to squash several bugs in the process; Robert  
recently merged these back to trunk.  Great work!
