Ys828 Spitting & Sputtering??? Help???

I have a YS828. It was working fine and all of the sudden it started to spit and sputter. It still runs but when I put it under load, it will stall if I keep the drive engaged. Broken govenor spring??? Your thoughts?

When it's not under load and its "running fine" as you say, do you have a full range of throttle speeds? Idle, low, medium, high throttle?

Could be water in the bottom of bowl.  
Usually it's a dirty or plugged carb which needs cleaning.  
Not usual but could be a choke butterfly not opening fully.  
Possibly bad plug.

Check your valve clearnece ??? Too tight will cause that after they get hot.
