The Audio Frequency feedback is called Squeal, but this may not be
your trouble.
Look in your BIOS for 'Lid Closure Alarm' and turn it off.
You may need to find which Chip your WiFi uses, and then install the
.rpm files for it. They should be on the 'non-free' mirrors.
