add more custom fields?

Hi!  Is there a way to add more fields and/or check boxes (on the Custom Fields tab)?  Thanks!

Currently there are only four of each. Until TSI adds more or a suggestion for adding more that would be necessarily relevant or of importance to have more, we're stuck with just those.

There's currently no way to alter that feature that I know of.
