add new translation for zh_CN

I have translation from english to simple chinese.
and i hope can add it to Pebble 2.4. resources file see attachment.

thanks to the miracles of git-svn I've managed my first distributed
commit this morning followed by the catch-up svn commit a few minutes ago.

I've also marked the simple chinese translation as "completely
translated" - right?
