add_address v1.0.1 - german translation

Hello,
I've not found a german translation for the add_address plugin yet.
Therefore I've created new files and attached it to this mail.
It would be nice if you can update the official language files
appropriate.

The German translation is currently in iso-8859-1, not UTF.  Please
update the translation.  You didn't update any of the header lines at
the top of the file - please do so.  You only need to send the .po
file next time, thank you.  Also, we need Ralf's approval.  Ralf?
