SF staff put temporary measures in place (VHOST records, etc.).
PhpWebsite php session_save_path updated (login works again).
Database host name updated.
Files restored from old /tmp/persistent directory (images and
files).
Pending: fixes to documentation build script.
New interactive shell login procedure:
