algorithm of leveneI reviewed the algorithm of calculation in SPSS but I have a problem because I do not know which elements are considered (since the variables are not self explained). Does anybody has some insight about this test. My purpose is to do the calculation by hand (just in order to understand the logic the test has). Thanks. --

Re: algorithm of leveneHi Rodrigo
Levene test is just an ANOVA on the absolute residuals: ABS(value-sample mean). See: http://www.itl.nist.gov/div898/handbook/eda/section3/eda35a.htm HTH, Marta GG Rodrigo Briceño wrote: > Dear SPSS users.
