allow image attachments on stdcxx lists

Hi,

Can you please remove image/* (or at least image/gif, image/jpeg,
and image/png) from the set of disallowed attachment MIME types
on stdcxx mailing lists (stdcxx-dev@... and
stdcxx-user@...)?
