anjuta 2.27.91 released

Hi everybody!

Sorry, for not making it in time for the gnome release but here is a new
release of the unstable series that will eventually become 2.28.

Lots of bug fixes in this release (see NEWS), special thanks to
Sébastien, Massimo' and James for their work.

You can get the release at the usual places on gnome ftp.
