anonsvn broken?

Hi,

today, I tried to checkout Palapeli from anonsvn, but only got some cryptic
error. Other users have reproduced this, see comments 6-9 on [1]. What is the
problem?

Please use https://bugs.kde.org/enter_sysadmin_request.cgi in the future to report issues to KDE Sysadmins.

Problem will be solved in ~2h.

I was not sure if this is really an issue or just a bug on the client side. I
have not used the svn command on the machine where the checkout failed; it
could also have been an issue with that svn version or the package.
