any ideas on how to resolve OSM map offset seen after ubuntu upgrade

Hello all
I successfully had GPS drive and osm (Via mapnik mode)
running on Ubuntu 8.10 (IBeX). Recently I decided to let the
package manager upgrade to 9.04 (Jaunty).
Everything seems to work, but OSM maps in mapnik mode show
gps position about 10 miles south of actual location. Prior
to upgrading it was correct. I suspect it is some
configuration somewhere, but have no idea where to look? Any
ideas?
Tink

Realized I did not include any versions other than ubuntu.
I am using gpsdrive v2.10pre4 and I dont think this changed
on the upgrade.
Using osm2pgsql svn version 0.66-exported (not sure if this
updated or not)
And I dont know how to get any other versions (other than
they are std Ubuntu)

An additional point, Maps I had downloaded from expedia
still work when I de-select mapnik mode, and they show the
correct location position.

try installing 2.10pre7.

I believe the Ubuntu repo on www.gpsdrive.de is broken but the
..debs are there in the pool folder for you to install manually
with 'dpkg -i *.deb'

Hamish
I tried, the .deb files from "debian/pool/lenny. I first had to uninstall
gpsdrive and osm2pgsql due to conflicts, now I cant figure out the order to
satisfy dependencies and conflicts.
I got gpsdrive-utils to load, then tried to load gpsdrive which calls for
openstreetmap-utils which conflicts with gpsdrive-utils when I try to install
it.
Is there some order to this?

It's all to do with the projection used. If you want to stay with the older
gpsdrive, using "osm2pgsql -M" when importing the data may work.

That said, there are advantages to running the latest version of gpsdrive.
