apache-asp request querystring help

hi

new to apache asp, please help.

trying to write the response of a querystring value, MyEmail, to a text box.

I have tried <%=$Request->QueryString('MyEmail')%> but it just write this to the textbox, not the value.

Do I need any references to apache-asp in the header of my .asp file? Does the page need to be saved as .asp or .html..?
