I was looking to modify the perl to change the generated code, and
AFAICT `make_list.pl' is not used. Is this true? Any reason it
couldn't be svn rm'd?
It does come up in the makefile there a bit; but I didn't delve into
whether those targets are used. It seems to overlap in functionality
with `make_init.pl', so even if used maybe the latter script could be
replaced?
